Brian Martin was a pleasure to work with. I was really in a hurry to get my condo rented out because my prior tenant left with very little notice. He just kept telling me not to panic he will take care if everything, and he did!! The listing looked great online, he took great pictures of every little detail and amenity. He got it rented right away. He was always available on his cell to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this realtor.

Two years ago I decided to start to look for a vacation / future retirement condo in the Treasure Coast area of Florida.
Living in New York, I had to do most of my research online.
I had contacted a number of brokers in the area, but very few were willing to stay in contact after an automatic "thanks for your interest" response.
Then I found Brian.
I told him what I was looking for, and the price range I wanted to spend.
He sent me listings every few days for about two months. We spoke by phone and via email and text dozens of times over those months.
When we finally narrowed our choices down to about a dozen, my wife and I flew down to Florida to meet with Brian.
He very patiently showed us every property on our list, (and a couple that weren’t), and gave us very good advice on which properties to consider and how the process would work.
When we finally settled on the one we wanted, he gave us great advice on how much we should offer.
To make a long story short, we bought our home for significantly less that the listing price, and significantly less that what we were willing to spend.
Now almost two years later, we are thrilled with our Florida home, and plan to retire there very soon!
I very strongly recommend Brian to anyone looking for a new home. He is very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and, most important for me, patient. He was a pleasure to do business with, and he made sure that our interest was his main priority.
